Steven J. Kunkel-
Mr. Kunkel has been engaged in the real estate services profession since February 1984. He was associated with L.R. Denton & Company, a Dallas based firm, for more than six years. In October, 1990, after receiving the MAI designation, Mr. Kunkel formed the professional real estate services firm of Steven J. Kunkel & Associates, Inc.
Mr. Kunkel has been qualified as an expert witness in real estate valuation in County Courts at Law in Tarrant, Johnson, and Denton counties, and Probate Courts in Tarrant and Denton counties. He has also served as a Special Commissioner of the Tarrant County Court at Law No. 3. Mr. Kunkel has also been qualified as an instructor for both the International Right of Way Association and the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Kunkel is a Past-President of the International Right-of-Way Association’s Chapter 36, and has served on several committees of the Appraisal Institute’s North Texas Chapter. He has also served the Appraisal Institute’s Region VIII as a Regional Representative and as a member of the Regional Ethics and Counseling Panel. Mr. Kunkel was also selected as a representative to the Appraisal Institute’s Young Advisory Council.
