James Witt-
In June of 2006, Mr. Witt joined the professional real estate services firm of Steven J. Kunkel & Associates as a research analyst in the commercial appraisal market.
Mr. Witt has participated in, contributed to, and completed appraisal assignments for many purposes including lending, consultation, negotiation, condemnation, and litigation. He has been involved with a variety of right-of-way appraisals, including acquisitions, and abandonment’s.
